Do I need an account to use Iyanko?
You can browse listings without an account, but you need to sign up to buy, sell, save items, or contact sellers.
How do I buy an item?
Find a listing you like, open it, select the size if available, choose the quantity, then click Buy. The store will be notified and will reach out to you.
How do I know if a seller is trustworthy?
Check their profile, reviews, ratings, and order success rate. If you are buying high-value goods, we recommend visiting the store. You can do this by going to their profile, opening the Contact tab, and clicking the Get Directions button to open the location in Yango.
Can I return or refund an item?
Returns and refunds depend on the seller's policy. Always confirm before paying.
What if I get scammed or receive a bad product?
Report the seller through the platform and contact support. Iyanko will investigate and take appropriate action.
How do I sell on Iyanko?
Create an account, go to the About or Contact section, and click the Become a Seller link. You will be required to submit some documents and information about yourself so Iyanko can review and approve you as a seller.
Is there a fee for selling?
Iyanko offers a free trial. You only pay if you exceed the limits of the free trial or based on orders completed on the platform.
What can I sell?
You can sell legal goods and services that comply with local laws and Iyanko's policies.
Is Iyanko safe?
Iyanko uses moderation, reporting tools, and community guidelines to keep the platform safe. Sellers are verified before being allowed to create stores.
How do I report a problem?
Use the Report button on any listing, video, store profile, or order notification. If you don’t have an account, you can contact support directly.
What is not allowed on Iyanko?
Illegal items, scams, counterfeit goods, adult content, and harmful services are strictly prohibited.

Can I change my location?
Yes — you can change your location in your profile. This is also the location sellers will see when arranging deliveries.
